Light & Life Academy is a non-profit Educational Trust. Founded by one of India's leading advertising photographers Iqbal K Mohamed and his wife Anuradha Iqbal, Light & Life Academy is a visionary answer to the long felt-need for a professional institute of photography in India.

The first and only one of its kind in the country, Light & Life Academy offers structured, career-oriented programmes for aspiring and practising photographers. The academy provides access to a faculty of leading, international image-makers, an understanding of the latest technology, techniques and equipment.

This Photography Institute offers a full-time one-year PG diploma in Professional Photography and Short Duration Photography Workshops. A dream venue for photographers, the institute is situated on a four acre picturesque mountain-top in the Nilgiris, in the southern state of Tamil Nadu, India.
